Just got my VIN this morning for grey interior on Dual Motor.
Configured on 6/12

How long did delivery date take after getting VIN assigned?
How can you find the updated delivery window? I was originally show Aug-Sep but might be sooner now…idk.

Note** Definitely make sure to open app to check if there is a notification to accept Tesla Vision. Also another prompt will come up to add Proof of current insurance and VIN will pop up after

Congrats! I picked mine up same day I was assigned a VIN.

Original CB order placed on November 23, 2019. Configured the CB on February 20th. Changed to tactical grey on May 7th. VIN popped up and I picked it up June 28th. Live ~1.5 hours from Austin, so that might have been a variable.

Next day, it happened twice...here in the Houston area it appears that the truck makes it to the Distribution Center and then they send out the VINs, it happened so fast last Friday I had to let it go and first thing Monday, I had another with getting the pickup invite the next day and the second time around, I was ready. So if you have it, be prepared.

OK, so apparently I was a dumbass.. I thought my original order on June 11 was for grey and All Season.. So, I asked at the SC in Cypress (kudos to @rtfitch ) to adjust my order to do the grey with the Cyber Wheels/All Terrain.. Which I apparently already had ordered.
They wished me a happy 4th this morning and said they would take care of it. No VIN yet, but because I am a stupid human, I deserve any delay I may get...

You might not be stupid. I had ordered the core wheels and got as VIN within a week. On delivery day, without notification, my configuration was changed in the Tesla app from core to AT wheels/tires. So, when the truck came out of prep I was surprised. I took delivery anyway because the AT tires look bad-ass and had the Tesla employee make a note on my account that I got the wrong tires. I'll probably keep them though. :-D

UPDATE: The original ceramic coating applied to my CyberBeast's 3M carbon fiber black vinyl wrap didn't play well, so my gratuitous vendor--without hesitation or argument--unwrapped, re-wrapped and then used 3M's ceramic coating (reportedly not as long lasting, but apparently more compatible). I was pleased with the first wrap, but love the re-wrap even more.
