UPDATE:
I don't know if anyone else printed the metal version of the mirror delete covers. I designed and uploaded a new trim version (_v4) which I think looks better. It extends the trim taper all the way to the edge of the door instead of stopping at the edge of the cover.

I designed a cover for the holes vacated by the side mirrors. There are two parts for each side - a cover and a trim. Together they lock it in place without requiring glue or screws. Model is located here for free download:

I have also order SS prints of the covers from In3dTec for $26 each. Will let you know how that looks. I am thinking SS for the cover and TPU for the trim would be ideal. For now I have the cover printed with PETG.
