So you join the forum to make that one post whining about a registration update that didn’t require any action on your part? Or that we’re supposed to think Tesla didn’t think at all about the repair supply chain? Yeah, ok.

I picked up my CT May 6th. Had surgery the 8th and back to driving on the 9th. Three weeks later I notified Tesla that the suspension wasn’t working properly. Very intermittent. Sometimes would only to low from entry . Often would only rise then lower while driving. Sometimes wouldn’t rise at all. Contacted SC on app. Service Center said three weeks to get looked at. Well I needed it to go North into Ontario. It seemed fine for the next week so we took off for Ontario we used it to trailer our Lund boat to various lakes. CT trailered and launched the boat very nicely. I have to say I am impressed with my CT. However when going into a remote lake with a 12’ aluminum there was an issue. 2.5 miles down hill trail to the lake was great. But the suspension wouldn’t raise for the trip out. Tried everything from reset to walking away. Nothing worked. No cell service here. 8-9 miles to the nearest paved road. I opted to drive the truck up hill 30’ to a small flat spot. I’m doing so the battery got damaged. When on flat ground the suspension began to work. Go figure. I would have never made it out the next 200 yards without it on high. Tesla shipped a battery to the SC. My truck will be ready Tuesday. The SC and all involved have been super. In fact I have never had a problem with Service or any servic center or service employee. All have been courteous and helpful. The only issue is that they made me use my insurance to cover the damage. I have to pay $1000 deductible. Perhaps it was my fault for taking the truck knowing the suspension was having issues. I’m looking forward to having it back Tuesday. It is a dream to drive. Best trick I ever owned. I drove many over the years having a snowplow business serving 55 customers over 27 years. Next best truck to CT is a Toyota Tundra. But I’ll never go back now. Perhaps there are a few employees that might rub you the wrong way but I personally have had no issues with Tesla its employees or getting parts. I’ve waited longer for Ford parts for a F250. You know there is alway Rivian for you to swap to. But they just might not have the charging network Tesla has. I’m sticking with my CT and my MY.

I completely get it, I wouldn't trust me either having had just signed up a month ago.

Lowtek, first I love the "FUD" reference. Brings me back to the days I used to trade crypto...now I'm older and smarter, much more the former! Second, I see your cars are both 2023.

Good luck with your Cybertruck, I hope everything goes smooth for you!
Early delivery Model 3, no issues.
Early delivery Model Y, no issues.
Early delivery Cybertruck, no issues.

Go read ANY other vehicle forum and see people bitch and complain about their new vehicle deliveries.

I understand your frustration, but as others have laid out... us cybertruck owners are on the first wave of the assault.
There are always more casualties in the first wave, but when we make it through, we have the best stories!

Everyone has had different experiences with Tesla service. I bought my first Tesla Model S in 2013 and have had many since then (all Models). I currently own a few of them, including a Cyber truck beast. No issues with the truck, but I have had a few issues over the years with my other cars. I've developed what I think is a great relationship with the local service center and a couple of the service writers in particular (one has been at Tesla since I bought my 2013). When they see me come in, they address me by name and we have great friendly conversations. I know the cars well, do some repairs on my own, and take other repairs in for them to work on things (and some things are done by mobile service).

I subscribe to the theory that I get more flies with honey than vinegar, and believe me, I've seen plenty of the vinegar customer types at the service center.

At the end of the day, they have always treated me well and I can tell that they try their best to take care of me. Most of the time they succeed, once in a while it might take a few days to get a part, etc. I have had to go back a time or two to get something fixed (tow mode software added after a Model Y trailer hitch was installed). Not a big deal. I'm a happy customer. We'll all human, sometimes things happen. They have provided me with better service than I ever received with my earlier mostly-Toyota cars.

So, to the OP and others, I hear you about your issues. I think Tesla will take care of them. I would encourage you to develop a relationship with your local service center if you haven't already and be persistent but patient. They'll take care of you as best they can...I hope that helps in some way...

Not even that one single criticism of CT, Tesla or Elon if the resident fan boiz here rules.

Your post will be labeled FUD, hater, ignorant, stupid, e-illiterate, clueless driver and _____ (fill the blank here).

I jumped right into quoting your satire post. But I bet that with the topic already on page 2, all those I said about the fan boiz already happened. :ROFLMAO:

Most people come to a forum to learn about a product. Negative posts are acceptable but expect that if it is an uninformed or incorrect post, that someone will be there to inform other readers of it's questionable validity.

Continuous bitching is not helpful nor desired by anyone.
And taking posts off topic is one of the worse things that can be done.
