Congrats to all those who are getting the Beast. I’m getting pretty anxious checking the app multiple times a day. I reserved on May 31, 2020 and configured on May 30, 2024 basically 4 years to the day.

Mine did say Oct-Dec delivery but been seeing many people on here getting a VIN with configuration after me and wondering if something is wrong on my end. Curious what is the average wait time to get a VIN for a Beast after configuration?

VIN on Friday (7/12) and this morning call from our Tesla Service if I want to pick up this week. I said better for me early next week and they’re going to text me pick up app….

so basically after you config it could take up to a year to get your beast give or take, I honestly think its just a lottery at this point, I ordered the day the thing rolled on the stage, now I see CT everywhere its getting annoying not knowing anything about anything, one guy above has been waiting 7 months since config? I mean 7 months!!! has to be a lottery system where you just get picked out of a hat, I am not looking anymore, I config in March, so it should arrive by december.....

Yeah, I configured on March 31 with projected delivery Oct-Dec 2024. So I’m not going to even bother checking for a VIN for another 3 minutes or so.

Continuing the Cyberbeast Delivery Mystery Show, the VIN that I had been assigned on 7/1/2024 vanished from the app today. I had been told that the truck was due to arrive at the delivery center today, so I checked the app to see if there were any notifications. No notification, but the VIN was also gone.

I managed to get through to a nearby sales center and they said it had been removed due to something about repair disclosures. I had checked in in the recall registry and it wasn't listed, so.... who knows. Maybe it fell off the train or something.

Anyway, they couldn't tell me more so I'm back to counting. Today is day 200 since configuring, and back to no VIN.
