Continuing the Cyberbeast Delivery Mystery Show, the VIN that I had been assigned on 7/1/2024 vanished from the app today. I had been old that the truck was due to arrive at the delivery center today, so I checked the app to see if there were any notifications. No notification, but the VIN was also gone.
I managed to get through to a nearby sales center and they said it had been removed due to something about repair disclosures. I had checked in in the recall registry and it wasn't listed, so.... who knows. Maybe it fell off the train or something.
Anyway, they couldn't tell me more so I'm back to counting. Today is day 200 since configuring, and back to no VIN.
UPDATE!I changed from grey to white on Sunday 6/30, after seeing all of the grey photos and videos and it looking underwhelming to me. Then 3 days later, on Wednesday 7/3 at about 4pm, I was assigned a VIN!
No delivery date yet.

Nice but not a BeastVIN on Friday (7/12) and this morning call from our Tesla Service if I want to pick up this week. I said better for me early next week and they’re going to text me pick up app….

lol I got lucky somehow, but we will all get ours!
weird for me that I never even received a VIN until after my delivery date scheduling. There should be some cancellations floating around and hope it bumps you all up too.![]()
I got nothing left in me except to check the Tesla app for a VIN ever 2 minutes and posting stupid memes/gifs.
I'm following that same pace...Yeah, I configured on March 31 with projected delivery Oct-Dec 2024. So I’m not going to even bother checking for a VIN for another 3 minutes or so.
