Has anyone found a reliable AC tire inflator to keep in the vault? Seems like many of them online are pretty cheaply made and weak.

I don't currently have a spare so am looking for something to store in the vault along with a tire plug kit....

Maybe the 20V battery versions are the way to go... ?

Nice seems useful.

I think I may be leaning towards the 20V Dewalt portable one...

Question: When was the last time you filled the tires in your other vehicles? When you weren't at a gas station or tire store?

This is what I keep in the storage locker. It serves as an air pump for emergencies and can function as a power bank or flashlight.

I have this in my Y (didn't get it from Costco though). It's definitely for emergencies only - it takes a while to add just a few pounds of air and it'll overheat if you do multiple tires in a row.

Again, how many times has that happened with your previous vehicles?

Personally I would be really hesitant to get a battery powered inflator because it would be stored for potentially years at a time in the hot box known as the vault. High heat isn't good for batteries and I don't want to find out 18 months later in the middle of nowhere that it won't run anymore or worse catches fire. If I could find one that had the form factor of a battery inflator but just used 120v I'd love it.
