110V Paddle-board / tire inflator?

Since the CT does not have a 12V outlet, the pump that came with my paddleboard is next to useless. Im afraid to use the usb-c adaper, not sure how many watts that supports. And i dont wanna buy a 110V-12V adapter just for this.. Is there a good plug-in pump option out there, that i could also maybe keep in the truck for emergency tire inflation? Everything ive found on amazon is low power, only offers 110v plug as an option to the 12v. Nothing 110V dedicated, with 500+watts that also does high-PSI like 15 PSI high volume paddle boards, or 50 PSI truck tires

I don’t have one since I’m invested in a Milwaukee tire inflator but I have seen this one recommended on here many times and it sounds like it works very very well.

I use a fair amount of inflatable stuff (koala 7, cybertent etc) and I use a rechargeable sup pump.

Has an ac plug for charging which can charge while you are driving.
I bring a Milwaukee m18 for tires.
The above tc-bl MORRFlate setup is pretty gold standard as I understand it though
