Why didn’t I read I get $2500 credit?

Ok I found my e mail they sent me on Saturday and yes they changed it for sure . I had to show all 3 people in the Tesla delivery center as if I was teaching them there company policy’s ?. Thank god. I really had just gotten back from Maui and excited to grab it and didn’t read much other then clicking yes lol. That’s my stupidity

This could’ve just been a rumor but don’t you have the option of getting PowerShare or 6mo of free supercharging? I swear I remember reading that when they first started shipping out at the beginning of the year

That was the initial "Credit" for those that passed up or did not qualify for Powershare. It was 6-month charging or $700 for Dual Motor, and 1-year charging or $1400 for Cyberbeasts. They later changed it to a blanket one-time use $2500 voucher for both Dual and Cyberbeast owners. Now some recent deliveries are reporting it as a gift card instead of voucher. Not sure what that does to those with Voucher codes.

Go to your profile photo click then click on wallet. It would be in there next to your default payment card on file

If you took delivery more than about a month ago, you got a voucher via email. That voucher won't show as a credit in the Tesla Shop. It's "use-in-one-shot" and you lose any unused balance.

If you recently took delivery, then you will get an email notifying you about the Tesla Shop credit. That works like a gift card (can use as you like) with a one-year expiration date on the balance.

Totally agree! Their is no reason if you Haven’t used your “1 time use voucher” that now that it’s changed they can change it into a gift card and honor what everyone is getting now! Like a recall ?. I mean it isn’t like you all didn’t drop the same 115k on this! It isn’t a 40k Prius.

Yeah I think you are right on that but for some reason I love my CT & 3 & Elon so much I tend to let some things go that I def wouldn’t let go with a Chevy or a ford ?

This is very frustrating. I'm trying a method where I keep putting items in my cart when they are in stock until I reach the total voucher value, then hit order. Hopefully that gives them a logistical headache.
