Hey I'm quite confident our waterless spray will clean this. I know you tried several products that's why I'm going to send it for free with no shipping costs. Can you message me your address and I'll expedite it to you?
Interested in trying this too. Did my first wash with CyberSudz but saw a few dark spots that I'm not sure how to remove.

Is this tar or paint? Can't really tell what this is from the pictures. Let me know we'll see how we can help.

I'm not actually sure what it is... I do park outside, and we get tree sap and leaves dropping these days, but I can't figure out what this is. It's not paint, but also not anything I can pin point.

Do you have our car wash product? If so, try using it concentrated for spot cleaning. Just add a few drops onto a sponge, gently rub the area, and let it sit for about a minute. Then, rinse it off and dry with a microfiber towel.

Let me know how it works for you!

Will try it next time. I tried Goo-B-Gone but it didn't work. Ended up using Bar Keeper's Friend which took it off instantly.

Wow, oddly enough I had those same type of what I thought to be score/scratch marks from Manufacruring when I took delivery.. it was raining but they were still very obvious on the tailgate on both corners as well as some of the fenders and hood. Here the delivery manager asked how it was going (I wasn’t even inside my truck yet lol) and I said not so good there are these deep scratch marks everywhere on the truck.. needless to say he took it directly back to the garage bay and they buffed them right out and when he brought it back out front it looked as though they never existed and all panels were like brand new!
I was amazed and immediately felt much better about the overall appearance. He said it was some type of black glue residue, likely used during manufacturing. All I could think was how did glue residue get bypassed on final inspection before leaving factory.
None the less, they were definitely residue marks that did appear to be deep scratches and even felt that way when using your thumbnail to go across them and had texture like a score mark in the metal. It really surprised me they came right off.

They must have tested ballistic resistance with a cannonball ?
Hi, I am a new vendor on this forum offering CYBERBRITE. It is specifically formulated to quickly and easily dissolve contaminated oxidation from the Cybertruck stainless steel exoskeleton. First, I don't thinks the stainless is damaged or discolored. Surface contamination can cause oxidation discoloring on the surface of stainless steel. It could be as simple as something touching against the door that left contamination. Check out my website (cyberbrite1.com) and see if you think CYBERBRITE will solve your issue. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I would love before and after pictures if you decide to try!!
thanks
Gary

It’s normal for stainless to vary in hue/brightness over time, but yeah that’s weird. I’d start with the recommended Citrisurf and move up to BKF, with repeated applications of increasing aggressiveness.

It can definitely be corrected, but you might end up doing the whole side of the truck to make it match.
HI Im a new vendor on this forum CYBERBRITE. You are correct, it is normal for Cybertrucks' stainless steel to vary in appearance. It is not the stainless steel itself, it is the environmental contamination of the surface layer of stainless steel that is actually the culprit. CYBERBRITE solves that problem. Check out the website for more info. cyberbrite1.com

Awesome I'll look into this and give it a try.

So in your opinion this isn't something that I should try to show to the Tesla service center to see if they're willing or able to accommodate fixing it in house?

Thanks again :]
