I didn’t realize that the mobile charger was a FS only perk I know they removed it from all other vehicles just didn’t catch that. Also, I like that the cybertruck version is unique. I wonder if the non-foundation series version will be the same as the standard $250 version.

It should be different than standard to support the Powershare outlet via charge port feature (once Tesla releases new adapters).

How is the mobile charger that comes with the cybertruck unique?
It’s all black instead of having the silver highlights and instead of having the word “Tesla” down the center (which lights up) it simply has a straight line down the center.

My truck is at the service center to have some finish issues fixed and installation of my new 3 peak Wrangler tires so I can’t take a picture I’m supposed to get it back tomorrow if no one does it before then.

Not a deal breaker with removing the d-rings in the bed floor.. hopefully the L-track remains.
I have hauled furniture, snow blower, building materials, large screen TV, mattresses, etc. The bedfloor rings were the only ones that I used. They are most appropriate for securing things. I cannot believe Tesla removed them even on a non-FS truck.

With a simple tool they can be added back…

I think 7000 for FSD is literally the only one of those I would choose to buy. The rest will be third party for me

Yeah but the best is to the floor...like how true bike trailers have them. Floor tie downs hold the bike much more stable.
The position of the tie-downs being on the floor or on the walls, have nothing to do with how well it will hold. It comes down to the angle at which the tie-downs are secured. Side anchored, is the same as the floor, if the tie-downs were to continue at that angle(I don't know/think I'm explaining that well, just image if the floor was much larger, the tie-downs would eventually make it to the floor at that angle.). The further out(larger the angle), the more sturdy the bike is. Also the reason bike trailers don't use wall mounts, is because trailers don't usually have sturdy enough walls.

They actually do matter. If the tie downs are on the floor and sides, you get both lateral and vertical tie downs. On most trailers, you usually have floor and side tiedowns. You want the bike's stability both laterally and vertically. This becomes especially important if you take it offroading because the bike will jump around when you hit bumps (don't ask me how I know this ?). So in a nutshell, having both is the best.

It's good to have options, but @Gaximus point is that a strap at 60 degrees is a strap at 60 degrees regardless of if it terminates on a horizontal or vertical surface.
Given the Cybertruck wall rings are only like 6 inches off the floor, any strap is going to be mostly vertical. As opposed to truck beds with stake pockets on the top edge.
L-track cleats give horizontal tie down options.

Yep... I agree with that. But based on the location of the tiedowns on the CT, the side of the bike will have an impact on the degrees. I would like both the floors and the sides for maximum stability.
