FSD transfer to Cybertruck from current Model S

I have held off on ordering FS because of concerns over early model glitches but mainly because my daughter won’t get her license till next May which is when I will ‘need’ another car. My 2018 p100d has fsd. Any ideas about transferring from current Model S to a new non foundation Cybertruck?

Tesla has only done this twice and Elon said it would only be once he got cajoled into it. The first go round I took the opportunity to upgrade my ‘21 MP3 to my ‘23 S Plaid. This last time we upgraded my wife’s ‘20 MY to a ‘24 MSLR. That window closed on 09/30/24 and we barely made it under the wire! I don’t think it’s coming back.

My expectation is that after tonight, you’re going to see the cost of FSD start moving up again and Elon won’t be interested in selling you anything other than a ride in a Robotaxi if you didn’t get in while the getting was good.

For your sake, my dad and a few of my friends who didn’t take my advice hopefully I’m wrong. It’s always a lever that they can pull when they want to juice sales. I just don’t think that they’re going to do it.

I talked to the sales at Tesla, They said regardless of the web site advertised. Their internal documents say only for the S3XY vehicles. Not included for the Cyber Truck. But the advertisement does not say anything about S3XY or Not for Cybertruck. I got mine delivered on 11 Oct 2024. Traded M3 with FSD. That's considered False advertisement for any other company. Come on Elon!

My concern exactly - the left hand has no idea what the right is doing - i plan to record my sales interaction to document so i dony get screwed like you did - so sorry dude - tesla as great as the product is falls down alot in sales / service
