Yes, FF works, Windows 11 Pro - FF 131.0.2. Normal window, nothing really disabled, none of those silly ad blockers, etc.

Ok, that movie. Been a LONG time since I watched it. (and obviously, I don't remember the details.)

When setting everything up, I noticed they REALLY want us to use the Tesla app, to do anything related to the purchase. So, is the problem that what you are trying to do can't be done outside of the app?

No, I've been able to do it all in the app - but when looking at documents and data, I prefer something with a decent size screen.

Mr. Cat House!
I use FF to access my account w/no issues. I agree with Crissa in that just because you are using a private window does not mean you aren't still using cached data store in Mozilla.
Firefox hamburger menu:SETTINGS-->PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

Tesla Cybertruck Firefox vs Tesla.com 1728863718407-ky

MANAGE DATA--> Search for tesla

Tesla Cybertruck Firefox vs Tesla.com 1728863787772-ts

Select 'tesla.com' and choose REMOVE. This will clear your cache of anything from that domain.

EXIT FF and restart, try it again. Let me know if that fixes the problem!

Ok, thanks.
I had tried removing cookies before - but didn't shut firefox down.
Apparently shutting it down made the difference.

Not that this is too helpful, but you may want to switch away from Firefox, there is a good chance it will stop being supported, Google lost the battle to pay browsers to be the default search engine, that as 80% of FireFoxs income. Not sure how it’ll survive on only 20%. I use Safari because I’m in the Apple Wallet garden, and the saved passwords and setting sync across all my devices is something I couldn’t live without. I know that can be done in Chrome, and Edge, but I just don’t trust them with all my data.

Google makes Chrome, not Firefox.

Any ideas why I can't log on to my account at Tesla.com if I'm using Firefox?
I've disabled script and ad blockers. It lets me enter my userid/password - and then hangs forever authorizing.
I was able to login using Firefox browser on my iPad Pro with no problems. Firefox FOCUS did hang for me.

That’s a search engine, not a browser. I don’t trust it either, but when searching, I just assume anything I type will be saved and sold. Until a paid search engine comes along, but honestly Google is the best search engine. There is a reason they’re so big.
