I have read the section, twice. What is not clear is using the lift system they have at all of the America Tire facilities. They don’t “jack” up on side or corner, the entire vehicle is lifted at the same time.

Their lift system is padded. So I am wondering if I need to buy pucks for this situation.

It doesn’t need pucks (per the manuals anyway). They just need to lift from the lift points.

Here’s a bit from the Service Manual about lifting specs using a two post:

I went to America's Tire which is two blocks away from the Tesla Service Center in Dublin, California and my Cybertruck was the first one they have worked on. They did a tire rotation and balance at 5,700 miles. They said it was easy to work on as it has the lift points underneath called out by name (if you get under a look).

The balancing machine they use is top notch. It got ride of the slight vibration between 77 mph & 84 mph.

Took it to Sam's Club. The guys there said they couldn't do it because the truck was too heavy. I asked how big of a lift they had and they said 10k capacity. I then googled the weight of the truck and they grudgingly said they could lift it but I would have to provide my own "pucks." I went home and have googled pucks for Cybertrucks and it seems to indicate they are not required. Manual mentions putting the truck at Medium and putting the truck in Jack mode. Am I missing anything else?
Go somewhere else.

Maybe I've led a charmed auto life. Maybe I'm just lucky. But, I couldn't tell you the last time I had tires rotated. They all seem to wear out evenly. I've measured. I figured it was like getting nitrogen put in your tires.

Sounds like standard CT bigotry. I've been hearing a lot of grumblings about people refusing services to CT simply because they don't like what they represent. I don't really get it, but the amount of heat that comes off my redneck friends about the CT is... Intense. I think it challenges their manliness somehow. Should die down once these humans can have time to overcome their fear about something new.
Same here. Change is very difficult for many people.

I live in deep ETX, all my friends are blue collar. They all hate the CT as much as your deranged Elon hater. The disdain is equal from both sides. Jealous more than anything IMO

Amazing! I live in Springfield mo. I have taken it to Memphis twice. The second time I was @25% battery in Jonesboro Arkansas.... First time I was at 21percent. I find myself "volunteering" to run errands for my company. Today I had to make a run to KC to pick up a landscape tractor for a family member. I had to take my 2020 f150. I hate driving it now. The CyberTruck is superior in almost every way.

You live in Springfield MO? I'm driving form Omaha to New Orleans for Taylor Swift. Will be driving through Springfield on Wednesday the 23rd, then staying there on our way back on the 26th. I figured I would be the only cybertruck in town!! If you see another cybertruck rolling through, or parked at the hotel near the supercharger, that's me. No wrap, Nebraska plates. 2000 mi round trip.

We actually have 10 to 15 in our little burg! Odds are good you will see several! Have fun at the concert! Do not use the super charger by the hotel... do yourself a favor and drive 3 miles east to the Bucees. The charges are newer, faster, and the people watching is far more enjoyable. If you have time go to see the Bass Pro Store. It is the original one and if you can be there during the "feeding of the fish" you will not be dissappointed!
