Took mine to the dump today - full bed (of garage / boxes / nothing too heavy) - say 50lbs and about 100 lbs of gear that I typically keep in it + my 228 lbs...weighed 7400lbs so about 7k empty as stated in Tesla specs for the beast!

This has been my experience when going to the dump as well.

I disagree, I think it's the way people are panic stopping. There's a way to stop to where you don't lose control. My FS AWD stops great on any terrain in a very impressive distance. Trick is not to lock up and surf.

When I was doing work in Mexicali, one way streets and speed limits were a suggestion. My American driving habits were definitely a detriment to survival. I had to adapt quickly.

From my recent visit to my birthplace (Long Island), the Hamptons and Manhattan for the US Open, I can attest to the inability to drive fast. The traffic was awful. Here in Houston, it's Beast mode 24/7, but I'm normally commuting outside of rush hour. FSD is the closest thing to Chill Mode for me. (Cap out at 85?! Come on, Elon!)
