Hot wheels banner for cybertruck…Etsy?

I saw a beast at a supercharger with this banner flag tag designed for the tailgate that the owner said he got on Etsy and sticks on with double sided tape. It’s about the size of a beer koozie folded flat.
I’m unable to find it or anything like it on Etsy. Anyone have any ideas or leads??

FYI, all the actual images of that I've seen the flames are on the 'Hot' side/end and not the 'Wheels' side/end. Meaning they are attempting to avoid legal in whatever it is? Not sure. I thought it'd help with image searching but I had no luck.

If you have a local sticker banner shop they will generally be wiling to print stickers for you. That is how I had all mine done (BTC, QRs, and US subdued flags).
