2024.39.15, which I installed a day and half ago, is FSD v13. You'll find no Cybersanta there.

I got the notice last night that I was getting updated to FSD v 13. Today I got up with a smile and told it to drive me to Sonic and then my office. It damn near killed me twice. I am wishing I didn't have to work and could drive it some more. I believe that the problem is caused when the car switches from my home WIFI to the cars internet connection. It seems to take about 10 minutes and I lose connectivity to music and maps. Everyone I have talked to says v13 is brilliant.

I had a similar issue with switching off WiFi. There is now an option to enable 'switch to LTE on drive'. If you go under WiFi, click on your connected location, press the down arrow and there you should find the check box. I made a service appointment because Spotify kept going out every time I'd drive - this was the culprit, CT was having a hard time letting go of the home WiFi connection. Only found this option through a back-and-forth with a Tesla service tech via messaging.
