Andrea Rossi has resolved all of the issues with the Ecat so it probably won't be long before it is integrated into the cyber truck. The Ecat will be presented on 25 Nov.
Imagine a cyber truck with unlimited range and plenty of power for all of your camping appliances!

Wow, you can get something for nothing? But...doesn't that break the first law of conservation of energy? Hmm. Ever heard of the drag that generators cause? Like don't you realize Tesla already has these built in, as regenerative braking? They use the drag caused by the re-gen of electricity to brake. If you're engaging a generator, it's like driving with the brakes on.
Never fails, every few years, someone who just thought of this, but didn't think it all the way through, will come of with this brilliant idea, and think they're going to save the day. I have to be honest, when I was a teenager in the 80's, it occurred to me too. I thought I was gonna save the planet. Yeah, man, just hook up a generator, and you get free electricity! PFFFFFF?

Interesting solution, and here I was working on a radioisotope generator to passively trickle charge. It made my teeth glow for the first few weeks, but after that wore off I can now taste purple.

Nobody knows the true secret, plug a surge protector into itself and all the other free receptacles provide power.
This works. I bought 100s of power strips and I sell the extra power back to the grid. People call me a power stripper.

C'mon guys. You don't need any Ecat or whatever it is. You just plug the line side of your UMC into the 240V outlet in the bed and the wand into the charge port!

For those of you who don't know the Rossi guy he is a thoroughly debunked Italian con man who has done time for fraud. I don't know whether his exponent here is writing from a place where he would have to write in crayon if there were no keyboards or whether is is just a troll but I note that this is his first post here. He was pushing the same BS on one of the other Tesla sites a couple of years back. Same story. The tech has been perfected and there will be a demonstration by the end of the year. Hmm - sounds kind of like FSD doesn't it?

Debate foul, associating an unrelated topic to lump them into the same category.

10 yard penalty, no soup for you.

Well sorry about that I guess but the irony struck me as I was recollecting this whacko and I couldn't resist.

Yeah... Fanboy Rule 7.1.b There shall be no potshots at Tesla. Come on John, a false equivalency among Tesla owners is called a joke because we are all in the comparison. I'd like my FSD and the shot may hit a nerve because part of the comparison is true. If it was outside this context, sure, but here everyone knows what has happened with FSD.

I thought I developed a reputation of being nonsensical, obtuse, and second worst dad joke humorist here.

Explain a joke, intension, the ”no soup for you” was supposed to be telling.

AJ, I hope no offense was taken. I apologize for the post.

Absolutely NONE!

I apologize for the post.
Please, no. No apology necessary! There is clearly very little to be taken seriously in this thread.

But the fame of the soup Nazi has reached as far as LA?

"The Internet" means never having to say you're sorry.
"The Internet" means nothing you read is true. Well, there are randomly some occasional things that turn out to be true. But basically nothing on the internet is true. At best we have the accuracy of a weather segment on local news station. Take it as a swag, prepare for it to be completely wrong.
