Dear Elon. Just market the windshield wipers as " the zombie wiper - cleans all the zombies off your windshield" and let us customize it & folks will embrace the monster sized wiper lmao

Edit: "the zombie sword" "the zombie blade," and give us different sword versions from claymores to anime like the Nichirin Blade?!....

I am super happy to see any Cybertruck on the track, and this is a lot of video of the Cybertruck compared to just about everything else we have seen to date. We should all be super happy right now.

From what I can tell this is still very much a pasted-together prototype. That windshield doesn't seem particularly well matched with the rear window, and that windshield wiper is a monster. It is hard to believe that would stay, as such, in later versions. Other comments on the video seem pretty much dead on.

I agree, it looks like there's less space for it. I wasn't really jazzed by the idea of more places that I can lose stuff, to be honest. If the pillar storage were deep and you dropped something in there and couldn't reach it, Lord have mercy....;)
Sail storage didn't look much different to me from the RamBox on Ram trucks. Dad had RamBox on his previous truck and liked it enough to buy it again on his new truck. TBH, I am kind of looking forward to the sail storage.

The strange thing about the giant wiper is that it's just one HUGE wiper... not two smaller ones.

Is there some crazy reason for this?
Only needs one motor and thus we know where the forth motor is in the quad motor trim package,

A shorter bed (and wheelbase) would make the CT more agile off-road. I guess it's a matter of if you want to be able to haul stuff in the CT or need to use a trailer for the bigger stuff.

Cats. Just spray them with a bit of window cleaner and then lock them in with dog mode turned on. With that much glass and dash, you can guarantee they will be all over the front window area.
Awesome. Or I can hold John K's son by the ankles. :ROFLMAO: Just kidding.

Interesting that the running lights are NOT the lower light bar. Also, the mono-blade wiper is going to elicit a response from this crowd, don't doubt it!
Those are straight-up changes to match the law.

Disappointing, but realistic. This is definitely a point where his regulations-need-to-prove-themselves is true.

Stills are coming from great close-ups at 5:00 and 8:00mins marks. HINT: Video sounds best with audio muted. ?

I think rounded edge windshield is a pointless compromise. Makes the single wiper less functional and replacement of shotput-resistant glass more expensive. Trying to win over the haters? Trying to give apologists a lame counterpoint? "Well at least my ugly truck's windshield is slightly curved..."
?

Top and bottom bar-lights is most futuristic aspect of the vehicle. Hope that is STILL part of production model OR this "truck from the future" selling-point will fall flatter than the windshield should be.

Those of you gents with "length-worries" ?‍♂ The bed was never going to be 8ft. Remember? Pay attention? You got (and will probably still get) to carry a sheet of plywood by dropping tailgate and flipping-up the tail "stop." If you are a serious DIY-guy, weld on a contracting rack like I will... or will that make your manly-truck too "Ain't p'urdy a'nough?"

Speaking of ugly: I HATE the HUGE side-mirrors, reminds me of my arcane 2000 F350=?. Will see about sawing mine off and telling the cops they were causing me range anxiety and impacting my naught to 120mph times... you know... about as much as my contractor rack, but for no advantage. ?

First time I've seen identification lights on the CT. If someone else has mentioned it in this thread my apologies. I was just too lazy to read all the posts.....

Tesla Cybertruck ? [Update: NOT Production Wiper] New Cybertruck design spied! Shortened front, no door handles, side mirrors, curved windshield glass! [Dec. 10] cybertruck-front

I still want it. We'll see what the production timeline supposedly looks like next month.

I'm hoping to get a quad motor in 2023 at this rate.
