Your post was excellent and got me thinking about a lot of things...more plugs, more cement, AND a "lug guide tool", which I really was unfamiliar with. When I do get my Cybertruck, I've been planning on occasionally swapping out off-road tires with highway tires. I have all the rest of the...
Agree with the ease of a 120V inflator...but this works also as a simple solution to myriad of 12V accessories.

I find it interesting that you went down to 20 psi. Are those with stock tires, and which ones? Because of the weight of CT, everyone seems to be saying to keep things up well past 30 psi. I've never run this high in other vehicles. With my lighter weight 4Runner I'll run at 15 psi for rocks...
Had the same experience with my Model 3 on a trip at a Rocket car wash. Unlike my local wash, these guys never stopped the conveyor, and just did nothing as cars entered. My local wash stops the conveyor, and does some minor prep, like spraying for heavy bugs, etc.
I'm sorry to hear about your rip. I bought super cheap cover on Amazon for my 4Runner and put this tape on the inside, right were my roof racks (which stick out quite a bit) hit. So far, even in heavy wind, its been great...
I found the UI on Amazon terrible in my Model 3. Been loving Spotify, but wanted to set up Amazon for my wife. I have the big premium Amazon Music account, but can't seem to get even basic "radio" stations with it in the car. Am I missing something?
Side note...a native Pandora app would be...
When we picked up our Model 3 in 2018, we arrived at our scheduled delivery time, made a quick inspection, paid the difference with a bank draft, signed a few things, and off we went.
It was a great experience, and one I will never forget, as we waited 2 years for that. I'm hoping my...
Your wheels and tires look awesome! I would definitely stick with recommended psi though on the highway. Beadlock or not, you're risking disaster with low psi on highways IMO.
OMG, I'm loving everything you said about "bushwhackin' again", and not worrying. Also, I was chatting with a CT owner at a supercharger recently, and he had a no frills, non-wrapped Beast that had a beautiful patina to it. You know what the say..."Age does have it's benefits".
This is Martian Wheels description right off their web page:
" With the ability to mount tires in 2 configurations, beadlock and standard, you have the option of using the same set of wheels for your off road adventures as well as DOT-compliant highway use. "
Even if the wheels had no bearing...
I would be hesitant to go full-on actual beadlock. I'm an avid 4wheeler, but I'm not into opening myself up to lawsuits if something were to happen on the highway. Your tire and wheel combo, as it is, looks awesome!
