I am looking forward to some road trip once I get mine.

I don't see the value in spending $5 to $7k for a wrap on a stainless steel CT. Maybe if it was painted or I just wanted a color change. For me, it would be hard to justify it. With that said I have seen some pretty sweet color changes to the CT.

It was Dec. - March. I waited because I had to come to grips with spending $100k on the truck I was planning only spending $80k. Also for tax reasons, I didn't want the CT in December.

I read somewhere from a former Tesla engineer that once a VIN is assigned they're able to ping it for the location. I see a problem with uninformed Tesla staff giving mixed messages. Purely a training issue.

I reached out to Rocklin and I asked them if I could get it changed to Rocklin instead of Dublin. Told me they would try. I can now see in my app they had switched my home delivery location to Rocklin instead of my home address, but Dublin is still my main pick. Now all I need is a VIN!

Good news for me! I placed my order on 12/22. I just called Rocklin to request my delivery location be changed from Dublin, CA to Rocklin, CA. They told me they would work on it since it's locked to Dublin.

100 Mile/ 7 days isn't bad for cosmetic issues. But for me, I am going to bring up the issue Dublin is assigned to me as my pick-up location but is 90 miles from my home.
