Looks neat. I'll add it to my next order with Adam's. Thank you. I think it will help but it won't eliminate the streaking on the driver window. It's just an aero sideffect of the vehicles' design.
Just realized I too have this issue.
You should go around your entire CT and check every single panel. Apparently it's not just the doors and cantrail. There's a video on YouTube with a guy that had just about every single panel replaced because the glue inside them was failing.
How about the streaks left on the windshield from windshield wiper fluid? And if you use too much fluid while driving, it runs down the sides of the truck and leaves streaks all over your driver side window. You HAVE to hate that! I do.
Everything else, I love ?.
While tooling around with the tailgate I saw this and wondered what it could be. Anyone know what this is and what it does? It's part of the tailgate light. Looks like you'd turn it to adjust something...but what could it possibly ajust?
That's awesome news. Glad it went well for you.
If you tap or smack the dash panel, do you hear anything? If I tap/smack mine, it makes the rattle sound.
If yours doesn't make any sound then I'll assume I need the same service you had.
I do not have pictures but I added a simple strip of foam (black foam from the homedepot aisle of window and door draft stopping stuff) on the back of the cabin light assembly. Took many attempts to find the rattle.
But headliner is so easy to pop off and on. It's def a DIY job if you want it...
I have to revive this....this rattle is killing me!
Anyone DIY it? Service appointments near me are over 3 weeks out. I don't want to wait.
I fixed the rattle in my headliner. I'd like to tackle this one as well.
Bought this a few years back and it's AWESOME!
It extends as far as you need it to and moves snow like no other snow tool I've ever used before.
