All I can say about the frunk is that Motortrend (who saw and got hands-on with the Cybertruck before the public) said the trunk was either "small" or "tiny" I can't remember which they used off the top of my head. I think a small frunk makes sense considering the CT's hood is like 2 feet long.
This is kind of irrelevant but I wanted to ask how loud massive tires like the ones on the Cybertruck are at speed? How comfortable are they (jittery, bumpy, etc)? Thanks for any help!
I get what you mean.
And what are the rumors that there are delays for the dual motor? The factory isn't even built yet, how could there even be delays?
Delivering The Cybertruck based on order number is quite frankly stupid. Why would they ship out the first Cybertruck to the west coast, then the east, then the south, that would make less than zero sense.
Plus, a good amount of Cybertruck reservations are from people who aren't even in the US...
I don't really feel like writing an essay on this, so I'll keep this relatively short and sweet.
- By the time of production, the Model 3 had over 500,000 orders, around 450,000 orders actually went through.
- It obviously didn't take years to fulfill all of those orders because people have...
Like everyone said, I think you're overreacting. Plus, the part of the factory where the Cybertruck will be built is nearly finished when just a couple of weeks ago it was barely started. I think that's a good sign that things are going well for both the factory as a whole and for the Cybertruck...
It's actually both at the same time. Although that could all change with time. I think it's safe to say the single motor won't be first, however, if it even makes it to market.
I think it's already known that Tesla won't deliver the Cybertruck based on "place in line" so it's sort of been established that they would deliver them based on distance to the factory. Since Tesla can't (yet, and maybe not anytime soon) sell Cybertrucks in Texas directly, does anyone think it...
I don't think that 10k is unreasonable, but I think that splitting the options would allow more people to spring for at least some of the options. If someone wants all of the features, then they can pay 10k for all of the options.
Hey there!
Lets get strait to it... FSD is too expensive. It may be worth 10k but a lot of people don't want to wheel out the much money for features they won't use. For me, I want only some of the features. The standard Autopilot is more than enough for me, so I don't need the full suite of...
I want to replay to a bunch of messages but that would take ages, so I'll put it all in one comment...
The reason Plaid S is delayed is because there is too much demand, so although those who ordered months ago will get it within a few months, those who order now will get it when the website...
Tesla has scraped numerous base vehicles. It doesn't matter how much demand there is for it.
I don't want the CT only for its durability, I want it for its bed, seats, size, range, and towing.
Why do people keep saying that the CT will be delivered based on "place in line"? That's not how it's gonna be. They aren't gonna deliver the first CT to Washington State, the next in Florida, then in Wisconsin. They're gonna pick regions to start delivering and deliver to those regions then...
I said 75 - 82 inches but meant 75 - 83, oops. And I said 225 inches long because 232 minus 3% is 225. As for the width, I just wrote what has been written in every article and was stated at the unveiling.
I really just want Tesla to make FSD's capabilities separate. By that I mean that they should make Summon, Auto park, 360 cameras (hopefully they'll add it), and the actual FSD driving separate options so people aren't forced to pay 10k plus to get capabilities they don't need/want.
Hi there, I have a few questions regarding the CT's size.
First of all, Snazzy Labs said that the bench seat was 6 feet across... Can anybody confirm that? That would be great since I'm planning on carrying people.
Second, how wide it the CT. All numbers say 79.9 inches. However, Elon reduced...
As of late, I've been thinking about the Cybertruck as a vehicle and how people will use it. Will you guys use it as a daily driver or as a construction site machine? Do you want it to be focused on ruggedness or luxury (without compromising any design)? One big thing is its size; do you want it...
