Just curious if you've rebooted to see if it will survive or re-calculate. I've seen this happen on my Model S but in the other direction where suddenly my 310 mile battery was getting 400 ! I hope a reboot will cure you.
ok, I will try the two scroll button press magic.

As an aside, are you really intending to charge at 43A? For whatever reason, I keep accidentally changing my charge amps to 47A lol.

I wouldn't be too worried about the display of Range, if your pack somehow lost half it's capacity there would be error messages blasting you.

43A is something the charger is doing... it fluctuates.

The displayed range has absolutely zero to do with driving habits. It is solely based on the SoC and the rated range at that SoC level.
Not according to Tesla. Not only have they said this many times but it seems like, every year, they add more factors into their algorithm to determine range to improve its accuracy. I never pay attention to the value either. I just looked it up and here is the first one that popped up, but Tesla has a lot of advice on its support website as well:

I rebooted and nothing. Still 150 miles at 100%. I will go into town to return Amazon stuff and see if driving will make a difference. I will change it to chill mode - this does get me the most miles correct?

I am that guy who is constantly charging my phone and it’s hardly “low” like 25% or less. So this 151 miles at 100% makes me nervous

go enter the airport into your nav and it will tell you your predicted % on arrival and predicted % to return back to your starting point.
Don't charge to 100% unless you absolutely, positvely need to (and you likely will rarely if ever do need 100%), and leave soon after. Don't leave it sit at 100% for a day or several hours.
Keep battery at % not miles, because miles are meaningless. If you use nav it will tell you what % your battery will be.
Batteries like to stay around 50% for minimal degradation (you will see 5-10% degradation in the first year or so, then it levels off)

set a nav destination of over 150 miles away and see what it predicts your battery to be upon arrival, and upon return to the starting point

Let us know the results.

Although in my 3,000+ miles road trip, I know their math are suspect and have used big buffer specially in Supercharger scarce Montana and Alberta, Canada.

But this is the worst case I've seen. o_O

embarrassing....
My wife managed to burn pretty much 100% of a 400mi range on a Model S on an 190mi trip. I asked her if she drove at less than 80mph at all and she just grinned.

Pressing the 2 scroll wheels will do a screen reboot. Make sure you power cycle the truck.

I have done that, discovered I was hitting "<" thinking it was Back on the app charging screen. Bad UI design. ?
