I visited the Houston Cypress service center two days ago (Wednesday) and the Sales guy told me they were prepping seven CyberTrucks for customer delivery.

Update: Getting Closer!

1/26/24 - I received a call from Tesla Freemont but they did not leave a message and you can't call back to that number.

1/29/24 - This morning, my Tesla app showed that I needed to go to my website account to confirm that I understand my CyberTruck does not currently have FSD or Autopilot, but will in the future thru an OTA software update. I was then directed back to the App where I saw my VIN and asked for me to input my insurance info. Just waiting on the delivery date.

Same. I received the approval email about 2 weeks ago, but there is still no VIN. I am a bit frustrated as well i have a very Low RN lower than some receiving the trucks now. at this point, I am not even waiting or refreshing the app. I am not sure how any of the deliveries are being processed.
