Start button: it allows you to start the vehicle so someone who doesn’t have a key can start and drive it. Once they park it, you’d need to remotely start it again from the app. Think about the use case it fulfills: friend is at your house, you’re away, they need to move your vehicle. You remotely start it.

HA! I wondered what that icon was for. I thought to myself, why do I need to start the truck? There ain't no engine!

So for those that do have it......is there anything additional you can do with ride height from the app then you can't do in the Truck? Load Level etc? or is it just you have the convenience to do it via the app?

Nothing extra, just raise/lower to set height levels

Lost opportunity to allow us to lower just the rear for loading motorcycles or stuff.

Hey, here's something that came in the last update that I have not seen elsewhere:

When you approach at night, the door switch lights come on. I park under a carport next to my garage. I mean, hey, it's in my picture. I leave at Oh Dark thirty. It's a challenge to find the right place to press. I mean, I can sort of see the window. Anyway, a few days ago, I went out, unplugged, and the lights were on. I thought "That's odd".

The next day, same thing. I thought "That's neat. I suppose it does that when I unplug."

This morning, I pulled out and stopped... I walked away until it locked. When I approached, it unlocked and the button lights came on. This makes my mornings just a little bit better and, I'll take it.

"That's been available for months, dork."
"Take a flashlight."
"Park inside." (Well, my wife's Model Y and my motorcycle park inside. We live in protected forest and are not allowed to build onto the house. But, we tried.)

Just don't. Let me have this win.

lol yeah when you have your phone in your pocket the lights come on as you get closer. It has done that since launch

Load Level etc?

Great idea and suggestion. Lower the rear to entry mode, and the front to high or very high to load items into the tailgate. That would have to be one of the simplest mod's possible.

Totally agree about the motorcycle part. Woudl be great if you could lower it to get the tailgate as low as possible. I know some ppl go into the service menu to deflate the rear suspension fully but I'm not sure that's a good thing to do....

I don't see why they wouldn't add it, maybe other than concerns about the compressor lifespan if a user were to do this very frequently. Technically you can already replicate this via Service mode. Lift it into whatever height you want the front to be, open service mode, dump the air pressure out of the rear.

I was thinking the same thing, My truck does not do that and I have an Android. Have to tap my phone screen to light up the side of the truck to see the button.

Android has it, but until recently Tesla had not enabled its use for the Cybertruck. Same thing with the auto frunk open. Previously was Apple only until Tesla finally activated it for Android. I suspect Tesla simply has fewer Android developers as Android has the capability, Tesla just has to use it. It is nice that these features are on par now, but whatever is coming next will undoubtedly land on Apple first.
