Not sure how maybe they switched components when they closed the line for 3 days. Either way the IRS officially lists it on their site and I bet tomorrow Tesla will start posting it on the cybertruck order page

What?! The list shows both the CT Dual and Single motor at $80k? Somebody‘s got this badly typo’d One way or the other or does that mean Tesla is going to build the Single motor sooner?

What are the odds this was intentional to boost sales after all the end of year deals ended?
This is the government, not Tesla, unless there is a price drop or as others have eluded to: change in battery specs in December factory adjustments completed.

The government is working first thing on new year’s day? It just seems to be a planned date lol

No, $80k is the limit for the class of vehicle (trucks); it doesn’t mean the single motor CT will be $80k. It’s a truck with an MSRP up-to $80k.
Regarding when production of the single motor variant will start, I’d expect it to be this year (2025).

Also, if your income exceeds the limit to qualify for the $7,500 rebate, I’d expect all MY2025s (and perhaps new CTs “put into service” after Jan 1, 2025) to qualify for the $7,500 federal tax rebate on a lease (aka, the income ceiling loophole). I know people were saying that was the case prior to Jan 1, but it was uncertain. This should definitely resolve the question.
