I would love if you lived near me and we could meet up, it would be a really fun day for me.

You clearly have zero business sense. Who cares about Ford.

A year ago not one available in the whole state of GA to even look at. 6 months ago every one on dealer lots are sold units and Foundation. ADM’s used $20K plus. Fast forward to today, 56 at a very small dealership that is a HUGE drop in demand. Get a a clue dumb a$$!!

I predict the Cybertruck will face a demand problem soon. The $80k + premium price point and not qualifying for the $7500 tax credit is causing potential buyers to hit the brakes.

The super low 3% conversion rate speaks volumes and I’m confident Tesla leadership has taken notice.

Solution? Tesla needs to find ways to lower the Cybertruck MSRP’s.

I am a huge Cybertruck fan. I have decided to hold off on placing an order and will watch and see what develops.
Exactly my thoughts, see where it goes.

The test drive was really good, the steering was awesome and the turning radius was a game changer for trucks. I’ve owned several Ram’s and parking and turning with the rear steering is unreal.

I actually think $80K is a solid price and value, time will tell if the Market feels that way.

If the CT could get 0-2% financing (like the 3/Y offers recently), I think that would really make people feel comfortable in making the leap. They really wouldn't have to lower the price if the rates were better.

Maybe I didn’t get your point, I don’t relate to fanboys that can’t accept that Tesla isn’t perfect. Or it may be possible that you were cleaning the cheese off your hands, I suggest you put the Cheetos down, get out of the basement, give Minecraft a break, and open a basic book on business and/or supply and demand. You come off like a total complete Tool Bag ?, if that wasn’t your intent re-read your post.

They are going to have to mark-down these Foundations, who would pay $20K more??? They have $101K foundations and $101K Beasts in the lot, no chance anyone is buying the Foundation in that case.
Tesla apparently overestimated the demand for the Foundation Series in the US market, which is why new FS Cybertrucks are still found at some Sales Centers. The numbers may or may not be significant; probably no one outside of Tesla knows for sure.

Remember that the Fayetteville store is technically not a "dealership", despite the title of this thread. Like all Tesla stores, it is operated directly by Tesla itself; there is no dealer acting as middleman between the manufacturer and the consumer.

If it was an independent dealership, then sure, the dealer would probably discount the FS trucks to move them out, just like any retailer would do for any expensive discontinued product. But in this case, the store is not independent, and they have no authority to cut deals. Tesla HQ sets the prices and financing for all Tesla stores (probably with the approval of Elon himself).

The FS is still being offered for sale in Canada and Mexico. However, it's probably not cost-effective to re-certify a US Cybertruck for the Canadian or Mexican markets, and then re-ship it internationally.

I was told in Cleveland last week that all the trucks on their lot were sold. But if someone decides not to pick it up it won't just sit there. It will be sent anywhere across the country to a dealership that needs one. So maybe some of those trucks won't be there very long and shipped somewhere else.

Take a calculator to the nearest Ford dealership. Count the number of unsold vehicles on the lot, multiply by the number of days in the month, divide by 0.69 and then shove the whole thing up your ass because you can’t determine anything about demand by surveying a single location without any other context!

Maybe my math isn't as good as Gus's but: Building > 1500 per week + 58 on one lot = not conclusive / end of world. it is a tough market for Elec Trucks (and any expensive car) thought, Ford shut down lightening line for rest of year and that's a more traditional looking truck for those that dont like the CT visuals....Rivian, Chevy Sales aren't killing it to put it nicely (and I think Rivian makes a good truck).

Tesla will do what they need to to move them....I dont care, I have mine! Those that dont could get a better deal / interest rate, etc

Personally I think the RamCharger or equivalent with range extender will do well with the traditional truck owner / range anxiety or range need (towing, etc) crowd - if it's not a POS in released form....I'm waiting for an HD Elec / Range Extender truck (or next gen battery break through preferred) to replace my diesel for towing duties.

Picked my Beast up from this very dealership back in mid Sept. It’s been great as an owner from this point.
Same as me... Beast, dealership, and mid Sept. Did we meet during delivery? Met a gentleman during delivery, great guy...but I don't know his username on here.

Solution? Tesla needs to find ways to lower the Cybertruck MSRP’s.
I highly doubt it will happen. What's the price of a Raptor R or a TRX or even a F-150 Platinum or a Denali 1500? Don't even start to look at the prices on an F-250 or HD 2500 Denali Ultimate.

Or even EV/ET comps...Sierra EV Denali, Hummer, Silverado EV...they all start out over $95K. Production of the Lightning has halted. And the CT trims are relatively on-par with Rivian pricing too...with the quad-motor delivering next year for $140K+ I believe.

Lowering the MSRP devalues the product and brand. You'll likely see end of quarter financing incentives, probably some "demo" deals...but I can't see the MSRP dropping.

I *might* could see the RWD CT maybe dressed in standard painted metal panels, instead of stainless steel. ??? ? I'd imagine that would be one hellova product cost reduction...and a relatively simple manufacturing line change. ...and sell it at $60K or maybe even start with a "5".

It's also very plausible that many are holding out so see the outcome of this coming week. ?

Notice how the OP posted a bunch of photos but not a single one showing the available sign he claims they all have. Its common for delivery centers to deliver up to 30 in a single day. So this is 2 days worth of deliveries. More fake news on these forums.
