That’s exactly what I was afraid off. Another accessory to buy. I already have the S3XY one that I got 4 years ago and had to use just once. They make a cybertruck specific one with a longer snout. He is using the s3xy one
Has anyone tried using the CCS adapter with the CT? I just saw this video and was wondering if this is true…

This is the official Tesla CCS1 to NACS adapter that's included with *some* Cybertruck deliveries. There really isn't a Cybertruck specific adapter as this is the only one available from Tesla now (although the older one wasn't compatible with Cybertruck). It costs $200 from Tesla shop but there are many available on eBay for around $100.That’s exactly what I was afraid off. Another accessory to buy. Speaking of the CCS1 to NACS adapter - my CT didn't come with one. I know some new owners of Tesla vehicles in some areas receive this at no cost but given Tesla superchargers can be found nearly everywhere now, they see no use for this and usually sell them in the marketplace like ebay and FB.This is the official Tesla CCS1 to NACS adapter that's included with *some* Cybertruck deliveries. Wow!!! CongratulationsI picked up mine this morning at the delivery center right next to the Gigafactory. 4 miles on the odo. More tomorrow and probably some pics. But I'll share a few quick bits about the delivery tonight. Most aspects went pretty smoothly except that they were having some backend issues that delayed my accepting the vehicle on my app and setting it up as a phone key. The thing likely most interesting to most of you is that there were 5 "59ers" under the delivery canopy and no other Cybertrucks. One of the delivery advisers said they were delivering a lot of them in the last few days. That adviser and one other shared that they had each ordered one as well, both near the end of the order window. They seemed as eager to get theirs as most of us. Oh, and the only charging adapter provided was the J1772.
Thank you.https://a.co/d/06XwerKN
I've used this with my premium several times and worked great. $53 but not available anymore. Just rebranded china stuff so anything that looks similar should be fine. No need to buy from Tesla.

I would highly recommend staying away from knockoffs and cheap knockoffs. Most of the times the cheap ones do not have proper thermal sensors to detect unsafe conditions and prevent damages. They use far inferior quality wiring/pins, shoddy soldering that might work under very favorable conditions but under stressful conditions such as high current, high heat, moisture etc they can cause serious damages.Thank you.
