Accepted the trade offer right after I’ve got Vin and now They’re saying it’s expired. Anybody else experienced this?

And is there anyway to communicate with TesLa regarding this trade issue?

I had that happen. Had to redo it. Now the shocking part, I was offered $1200 more the second time. Getting sale done before financing expired also went down to the last hour. Tesla advisor and banker did great getting it pushed through so I didn't have to redo that. Like some others I was in a rush to complete all the steps after configuring thinking it would make the truck come faster.

Mine has expired 4 times now. Went up the first time and down every iteration since. I finally took it off the app the other day and will sell it myself …. They will not talk to other than through the chat function which has a customer service rep as an intermediary ….

It happens all the time. And the new offer will probably be less. Not because they are messing with you, it's just the car is older and has more miles on it.

Mine first expired in January, when I tried to renew that basically said they were holding it until nearer delivery.

Accepted the trade-in again today and the information is not reflected in the new order agreement and they keep telling me to finish the tasks in the app.

Hey, dealers do this all the time on $20,000 cars.
