In Australia, hydraulic recovery - beaches etc would be good.

I guess not necessary for Cybercrab version, but handy in the others.

I run 34” BFG AT tires- 63lbs. I can understand where Cybertruck bigger 35-37” dimensional tires would be difficult without lift feature for people to change a tire, dismount, lift and spanner lugnuts to remount.

I’d be more than happy with an air-scissor jack that can get under a flattened tire Cybertruck. Only 4” down travel on the air suspension doesn’t get the Cybertruck above level to remount a fresh tire. These truck tire sidewalls measure 6-9” depending on lug choice(LT-AT-MT) so a tire flattened, air suspension gets you there sometimes.

My once in a blue moon luck, I’ll need a real jack and leverage to lift that bugger onto the axel. BTW: there is mileage to be gained not carrying a 40 lb. jack hundreds of thousands of miles! Even more mileage, if not carrying 80 lbs. spare tire and wheel. Aussie beadlocks are going to be worth adding to the CT.
Are they available for a 20" diameter wheel? It appears that the Coyote Enterprises version is not. From their website:
What size rim will the Coyote beadlocks fit?
Coyote Enterprises makes bead locks to fit rims 14, 15, 16, 16.5 and 17 inches in diameter and from 7 to 10 inches wide.

Well, as vehicles with bigger wheels become common, they'll have to update their product line.

We don't know the minimum wheel size on the Cybertruck, either. You might be able to fit 18" wheels on it like you can the other Teslas. To my knowledge, only the cars with the performance brakes are limited to the larger wheels.

When did you change a tire last?
2010 and 2023 were my last two tire changes. I honestly can't think of any others back into the early 80's. I've taken off a lot of tires to do brake jobs in my driveway, but no other roadside swaps that I can recall. This is why I don't really care if my vehicle doesn't come with a spare tire. If I were off-roading a lot or driving the Alaska highway I'd care more. :D

Good points. And there may be other sellers of that technology.
