As a stockholder, but first time product owner of a vehicle (the CT) the service centers are a bit scary. I’ve only been to two in different states but they seem wildly overwhelmed and the techs seem downright angry, stressed and not really invested.

Perhaps this is fueled by the new cyber trucks release and it’ll slow down and get better once the kinks are worked out?

Has it been like this before the CT?

This is my first EV also but the SC in ST. James NY has been great. They have addressed every issue I have and even came out to find out why the radio comes on by itself all the time. They still don't know but they tried. And they are all smiling and seem genuinely happy.

Agree. As bad as the SC is now it still seems worth it. Just a sucky part of it.

Better than not liking the handling or drive but having great service.


It would take death to pull me away from my cybertruck now. She is a beautiful machine named her Wanda as in Wonder Woman don't make me show you her whip and yes, she stops bullets with her bracelets so what? wait until you see the invisible mode, or I mean you won't see.

Not all Tesla Service experiences are bad.. I have experienced both ends of the spectrum.

but none of my Tesla service visits have been as bad as my BMW service visits.

if you are in SoCal and have the opportunity to choose Camarillo or Augora, I highly recommend them..

Trying a new SC location tomorrow I had enough from the last place. The last straw was breaking my upper sidewall bed panel by removing it like they don't give a shit . I say this because how do you manage to tear most of the clips away from the panel. there are something like 8 clips along the bottom edge and 6 or so on the top edge all but two clips on the bottom edge were broken another 2 on the top and then they tried to hide it by using a little double stick tape and not saying anything to me. and it wasn't the first time they did something like this. they also broke my cargo divider by Tring to force it into the tracks a problem they were unable to fix after 2 visits. they promised to give me a refund to replace it but that never happened. when they replaced my tail gate due to missing logo they left loose screws along the botom edge and they cant be reached without removing the gate so they are still loose. Ill see how the new place compares to the other place and post my findings here.
