Another Leaky Tonneau cover

Large amount of water ingress/leak happening at the top section of the tonneau cover where it meets the aero flap. I did see the DIY thread as a temporary solution, but has anyone had any luck on the service center fixing this issue?

I already took it to one service center and they of course said within spec.

I think there is a re-calibrate option. The aeroflap has a sponge-like gasket, make sure it is not torn apart.

Yep, I did the calibration already. My guess is going to be the foam is either all warped up or jammed.

I don't remember any specification that said it was a waterproof cover.

I have never seen a roll up cover that is waterproof. We have one on my wife's truck and it's more for security than weather protection.
