Received the email about the voucher on June 4th, but it's now been 3 weeks and still no follow up email with the voucher. The email said if you had already taken delivery of the CT you would receive the voucher in the next few weeks.

I'm in same boat. Was denied powershare on 3/11. Got CT April 27. Got the same email about the credit in early June but nothing further has come.

I haven't heard squat since picking up my Beast on May 4th. No email, no voucher to order equipment and get it installed yet my house is primed and ready to go, the local Tesla approved installer came by and looked at my house and said it was the easiest install they had seen thus far. Crickets from Tesla though... I opened a ticket last week with Tesla support and no one has called back since.

Crickets from Tesla though... I opened a ticket last week with Tesla support and no one has called back since.
When I ordered the CT it was vague about how they were handling Powershare. When they sent the survey out I responded saying I wanted the equipment installed for a future home location. They then counted me as disqualified which I really never saw a clear and concise explanation that I needed to use the equipment/install immediately or else I'd be disqualified.

They really should have been more clear about Powershare from the beginning. It's a very unique feature of the CT that I probably will pay for in the future when the location is ready, but it's annoying that I could not save the benefit for later.

The voucher for Tesla shop does make up for it in some sense, but now I'm holding back on items from the shop as I wait for the voucher.

I suspect they'll eventually get it right for everyone, but they're support methods are known to be unresponsive. What method did you open a ticket with for this?

I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a woman who looked up my vehicle and said some guy (forget the name) was handling it and he would reach out to me within a couple of days. That was last week so I will try them again tomorrow. I also have opened up an inquiry through a back channel I have at Tesla to see if that bears any fruit.

I have not received any voucher yet, although I have took delivery on May 8th.
I have refuse the Powershire Installation, because of the excess charges for the instullation,

Yeah, noting here either. Tried calling once, going through the SC and a couple of email addresses, but no reply to any of them. Tesla truly sucks at any support process that's out of the ordinary (even though we're paying the Foundation tax for it).

Still waiting to receive the voucher from a May delivery. Qmerit finally received approval for the installation credit but need the voucher to proceed with ordering hardware.

Tesla phone support (877-798-3752, '3' for home charging, '3' for Powershare) promised a follow-up but two weeks have gone by, and, crickets.

Any suggestions for how to get this moving? 9 weeks and counting.

First - Just in case junk/spam filters have gotten in the way of anyone's voucher email, the subject line of my voucher email was "Get PowerShare Home Backup"
Not exactly obvious from that Subject line that your $2500 voucher code is in the e-mail body.

I know it's not going to make anyone still waiting on their voucher email feel great, but I received my voucher email within an hour of accepting delivery of my CT. My delivery was at 5:15 PM on 7/11, and I received the voucher email at 6:30 PM.
Not putting this here to brag or flex, but merely to help those who are trying to contact Tesla for their voucher. I would use the line "Other CT owners received their voucher almost immediately after accepting delivery and here I am still voucher-less after waiting patiently for weeks!"
