My result was 1.6 years.

I got the same result for my Tri motor and Dual motor orders.

Shouldn't we be seeing the 30 (presumably hand made) Cybertrucks built in December 'bout now?

The order date calculator is complete BS, of course.

Not only do they estimate that deliveries will start in two months, which of course is ridiculous, they don't have a believable ramp speed programmed in. For low reservation numbers it's too optimistic and for high reservation numbers it's too pessimistic.

I don't even think they accounted for the order numbers that were assigned to non-Cybertruck orders, they assumed it would be taken care of with the 60% assumed attrition rate.

They claim to offer "Strategic business consultation". I wouldn't hire them based on the assumptions they used to calculate deliveries. I mean, if they are going to claim business expertise, they need to show they possess it.
It appears to be random or just broken. I tried 3 day ones and got 3 wildly different answers

The "Near infinite" pulling power of all electric vehicles is a feature of their ability to apply their full torque at zero RPMs. Years ago, Ford made a commercial showing their electric prototype truck pulling ONE MILLION POUNDS of F-150 laden train cars, along a level stretch of train track. This is more of a brilliant feature of trains than it was of the pickup truck's towing capacity. Solid metal train wheels, on solid metal, level, train tracks present as close to zero rolling resistance as there is. Another feature of train couplings is that they allow a locomotive (or pickup truck) to only have to get one train car moving at a time. There's a little slack in each coupling so the power gets the first car rolling, then that inertia helps get the next car moving, then those two car's momentum jerks the next car into motion, and so on... and so on... and so on...

It's the constant force of the electric motor, even before it has started to turn, that imparts the force that eventually overcomes the inertia of the first train car. With enough patience and VERY low rolling resistance, Tesla motors (and even less powerful ones) can get "near infinite" mass moving.

Now getting it stopped is another matter all together. 😬
This! This is a great lead in to why as a smaller vehicle you look both ways before crossing tracks and never stop on the tracks even at a stop light. Also, regarding tractor/trailers (semi), give them wide berth and make sure they see you. Even a super safe Tesla will be a pancake of blood and goo when hit by something 20 times its mass.

The ones Tweeted from a 2 week old Twitter account and no followers?

But the presence/ absence of them rolling around don’t necessarily mean anything. Tesla may have made them but just aren’t ready to show them off.

Here's a tie...
--------------------

The car did not stop the train which did not stop for a half mile after the collision. The train only stopped because the train engineer applied the brakes.

How is that a tie?

Do you know what a "tie" is? 🤔
I'm talking about a race where two competitors reach the finish line at the same time. If a car is racing a train to a crossing and they both reach it at the same time, it's a tie. But the car still loses. 😬

The car hits a tie every 2 feet or so as it’s being pushed sideways down the track.

Tie Tie Tie …

In a lot of these cases there is no race. Races with trains to a crossing are mostly movie stuff.

In real life in many cases the car/truck is just stopped on the tracks or too close to the side of the tracks so the vehicle is more of a sitting duck.

Also another common occurrence seems like something from Russia, car/truck drives into side of train that is already in crossing.

----------------------------------------

Each year Texas has by far the most road/rail crossings collisions than any other state. California is a distant second.

Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) - Railroad Crossing Safety Fact Sheet
HS04-070A (1-06)
https://www.tdi.texas.gov/pubs/videoresource/fsrailroadcross.pdf

.....
a quarter of all collisions, the train is already in the crossing when the car hits it. Since nearly two-thirds of all collisions occur during daylight hours, in crossings equipped with automatic warning devices, driver inattention must be the major cause.

.....
Unfortunately, commercially licensed truck and semi-trailer drivers were involved in 24 percent of train/motor vehicle collisions in 1998. After a tractor-trailer comes to a stop at a railroad crossing, it takes 27 seconds to cross the track at 2 mph. A train traveling at 41 mph covers 660 feet—in 11 seconds, which is as far up the tracks as the truck driver can see. Those who drive for a living must practice crossing safety.

--------------------------

The truckers in these videos violated one of the Texas Department of Insurance collision prevention tips: Only use the crossing if you can be sure your vehicle is high enough to completely clear the railroad crossing without stopping.

---------

Luckily, the train operator was able to see the obstruction far enough ahead of time and the train was able to safely stop.

First 9:21 minutes of video shows several vehicle & train collisions.
In a few cases with semis with flat bed trailers loaded with really heavy & dense load ( cement truck, flatbed carrying a huge concrete bridge truss beam) even the trains are severely damaged. After 9:21 in this video there are no more vehicle-train collision examples.
