Is it just me or does anyone else find a correlation between weird ass reports of CT issues, poor grammar, and new-to-forum members? I know when my CT is in autopark, I have my foot hovering over the brake pedal and my eyes on the rear camera display that shows the entire bumper just fine.

First of all, I’m extremely happy with my CT.
Im also was keeping my eyes and have my foot over the brake pedal, and thanks of this the damage wasn’t bigger. I’m just trying to alert drivers to don’t relay confidence on the parking assist at first time.
Sorry for my poor grammar, I’m not a writer :)

I have a hitch mount spare bumper roughly 1 feet prolong from the CT own bumper, the auto park still can perfectly reverse my CT in with about less than 6 inchs to spare. i don't question you but would think it must be some camer calibration issue for the distance. Sorry for the grammar as well.

Then how about downloading a screenshot or two from your dashcam from the incident so we can all learn and properly appreciate the issue?

Unfortunately I haven’t had my phone, the only pictures I can upload are the ones showing the damages.

There should be sentry cam footage if you haven't driven much since the incident
