Bed liner cleaning and protection?

What is everyone using to clean and protect the bed lining? Any RECOMMENDATIONS?

… I’ve tried a product that after drying just leaves it splotchy! Thanks!

Here's what I'm doing, based on the "IT'S-A-TRUCK" factor:
I bought this bed liner - which fits perfectly, is completely waterproof, with lips around all sides except the tail gate. Nothing gets under it so the original bed looks great. I use it whenever I'm doing truck things or just don't care what the bed looks like, you know, most of the time.

When I want the truck to look its best I pull out the liner (I might even hose off the liner and it cleans up very easily) and leave it in the garage.

The liner costs less than a half dozen bottles of vinyl restorer so it'll pay for itself pretty quickly.
