I bet that would look cool ON the stainless steel too. I saw a Jeep with that treatment on the entire body and it looked really cool.

This is my third truck and spray lining the bed if one of the best things you can do to it if actually using the bed. Although Tesla's come with some sort of coating...it will scratch and get damaged. Coating it just adds another layer of protection.

No, the Cybertruck bed doesn't come with any type of coating, it is made from a tough composite material and the color goes all the way through. Once you coat it you can never return it to stock condition, but if you leave it stock, you can always coat it if you ever you decide that's desirable.

Decided to have all the plastic in the bed sprayed at LINE-X. They did a great job and it looks great! The Phoenix location did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.

I was their first Cybertruck, so it took all day. It will probably cost about $1500 for future trucks if you want it done like the way I did it…very time consuming to remove, tape, spray and re-install all the plastic…but it looks amazing.

I decided to spray the rear hatch trim also…depending how the bed liner material bonds to the slick plastic, I may go back and spray the rest of the trim on top of the bed…thoughts?

Almost to the two year mark.

3 Quesitons.
1. How much "truck stuff" have you done with it. AKA what has been the dirt bike, gravel, firewood to suitcase and grocery bag ratio in the bed
2. How is it holding up given #1
3. At this point are you glad you did it for the hassle/money
