Cantrail flew off doing 75mph

My driver side Cantrail flew off when I was driving 75 miles per hour down the interstate. I had contacted Tesla about two weeks ago that it was loose, however, they did not have the parts to fix it yet. Luckily it did not hit a car, that I’m aware of. I will upload a picture and if possible century video when I get home.

UPDATE. Tesla fixed the contrails 3 days after it happened. Good service. Had M3 Performance for a loaner. Done in one day.

Did you have the recall repair done? I have mine done and noticed it’s missing the rear most nut also shown missing in your video. I added a service request to fix it.

I have tried multiple times too at the counciltucky location and each time they have said we will contact you when parts are available, no contact yet.

My rails are not loose but the drivers side was never flush with the front portion. If mine were to be loose, I would put on some 3m tape, or just rip it off so it’s not a road hazard.

How do you get sentry to record side cameras like that. Mine only records the front camera while driving… unless this was in a recent update.

Yes it is. Everbrite if I remember correctly. However a blizzard did take some of it off. I need to redo it.
