Charge with a generator make sure.......

so on the road with no charger in site and off grid camping when I need to charge I used a 14k generator all went well.

when I went camping last weekend using my smaller 2k Honda the mobile charger gave me an error, insufficient ground. Checked grounds and were good. Found out you need to connect neutral to ground as well to work. Did it and operates just fine.

Also Charging with gasoline generator is cheaper than PGE at home and at Superchargers. yes, faster but The System sucks and it shows.

I have to plug this into my battery generators to get either the charging to work via 30amp outlet or 15amp outlet.

You just plug it into an empty outlet on the generator.

Better question should be number of homes, cabins, trailers, trucks, planes, then passports. I always find the last one the real differentiator in life.

Back to generators. I have a 10kw I use that when the sun doesn't shine for a week, and batteries are getting low. I don't have the problem with powering via gen. It feeds back to my inverter as my grid input.

Edit add: I bet my runway is longer than yours. Mine is private as well. Paved. So awesome. Jet lands about halfway. No TSA. Share it with one other person.
