Looks like this person had similar issues but actually got addressed properly including the door being flush and the roof pillar/door bump ?

Which delivery center is this so I know to avoid them?

I'd be interested in knowing the VIN on these "problem" CTs. I'm 2356 and the only build issue that I've noticed is the tonneau cover striking the roof overhang when closing it. I just applied some upward force on the overhang to provide clearance.

I’m 14xx. Do you mind sharing the front sides of your frunk ? Curious what more recent ones look like. I think they’re just comparing to some older ones they have at the service center.

What is this? Is the edge of the lightbar supposed to look like that or is it condensation buildup?

@loki, if another service center is close by to try, I'd at least stop in and show them the X post about how easy it is to align. At least here in Florida, they're usually pretty good once you point something out to them...

I know several people have these same issues so just putting them all in one place and what Tesla did about them

1. Door alignment issue, not flush with others
Tesla: "Within Spec"

I see this every time I use the side mirror

2. Top of door not flush with frame
Tesla: "Within Spec"

3. Rubber pieces sticking out the sides of the frunk

4. Wiper leaving blurry streak across the middle of the windshield
Tesla: "Ordered new wiper blade to arrive next week"
I'm surprised they already have a fix for this but let's see and hope!

5. Bed divider not fitting flush when attempting to install in the middle (front and back thirds work fine)
Tesla: "Common issue with all Cybertrucks we've seen. We will notify you when there is a fix path."
Unfortunately within the first third of the bed blocks access to the sub trunk and sitting in the back is not entirely useful for everyday use.
Saw something similar on the one I went to pick up and was hoping there was a way to fix it. Even if Tesla would work on it I'd rather fix it myself and not incur more scuff or scratches.
Anyone been able to adjust panel alignment on their own?

I saw this too and the landing pads for the lid are not adjustable.

Based on my service center, the door and panel alignment should be within .5mm.

That is pretty tight, some of the pics posted are well beyond that.
