VIN 1169 here with the same issue. I am wondering if they installed those pieces backwards (swap right and left side of frunk)

600 VINs later and they are still doing it. I have not attempted the R/L swap to see if they fit any differently.

Same here, passenger side only. Part of it is that the hood sits a bit lower than the adjoining panels.

Vin 19xx and same issue. I took it into the service center for completeness’s sake since I reported it within the 100mi remediation window. They told me that they checked a new production cybertruck that is ready for delivery with a later Vin, and it is missing the seal altogether, and told me that either they could leave mine in place, or they could remove it to match the new cybertruck. I saw the new service bulletin posted for the “frunk aero seal” but based on the photos I don’t think it’s exactly the same component or area…any thoughts?

It looks to me like the "Aero Seal" is at the bottom edge of the frunk while the other issue reported on some Cybertrucks are the left/right frunk seals. I think the Service Center needs to remove and re-glue the left or right edge seals.

This is as new to each service center as the Cybertruck is, so they may have mistaken the two different seal locations, when they looked up your problem in the Service Manual.
