CT rear passenger door opens on its own and then alarm is sounded

Hi

I am facing a strange issue where rear passenger door opens on its own, while locked, and then the alarm sounds. This has happened thrice in last 4 hours, for now I have kept the car unlocked while parked in my garage. Anyone faced similar issue like this ?

Yes. People have reported similar issues after water got inside the sensors after window tinting.

Sounds like window tint issue, if you have not gotten your windows tinted you may have a leak in your seals letting water get in the doors. If you did get your windows tinted try to leave the truck in your garage with some fans pointing at the doors and the doors open for a few days, it may resolve itself.
