they just need to go back to 0% interest, before they eliminate the Luxe package. I just missed it last time, while I was trying to finalize some real-estate transactions. All settled now, and waiting on the 0%.
Unless the Fed cuts rates 200 basis points, I don't think we'll see 0% on Cybertruck again.

Why?

Production has been adjusted to meet with demand. Back then, Cybertrucks were piling up so Tesla needed to clear inventory. Now is different.

AWD is basically a build-to-order config only and Cyberbeasts are the 'buy it now' option for those who have to have it. In which case, price sensitivity is not a thing. Same reason the ill-fated Long Range didn't survive long in the lineup.

Tesla is tacitly acknowledging Cybertruck is not, and will not, be a volume product. No excess inventory piling up = no 0% offers. The Luxe package and discounts on inventory models along with 2.9% or 3.9% are likely the game from here on out.

Isn’t there now a tax credit on interest paid?

Yeah, it's different. Check Tesla inventory for available Cybertrucks near your zip code. Chances are that you will find little or nothing in stock (especially for AWDs, the most popular version).

Tesla has sold more Cybertrucks in California than anywhere else in the world. Yet I don't see a single CT in inventory anywhere in California right now, and it's been like that for weeks. No RWD, AWD, or Cyberbeast, new or demo.

So it's not even about "excess inventory". At least in California, there is no CT inventory at all. If you want a CT, Tesla will build it on demand; current delivery timing is 6-8 weeks.

I can't imagine most people buying a CT are eligible for this credit.
Was just looking that up. It looks like inclusion criteria are AGI of 100k for single or 200k for married filing jointly.
Up to 10k in loan interest an an EV if you fall into that. So probably not that many but some at least.

I have been driving a CT now for almost a year and am towing a 30' Airstream. To increase sales, 2 things is all that will be required: Increase range and lower price.
what kind of range can u get, my camper is only 4k lbs tho so not as comparable
