Be very careful in considering carbon ceramics for the Cybertruck. If you have unlimited funds and are willing to spend the money on replacements that's fine, but many a sports car driver has switched back to spinning rust because the ceramics are soo expensive to replace, and do wear out on the racetrack. Presumably if you are autocrossing a lot that would be similar. And off road, the iron rotors are going to be more durable. Do you want to be worrying about rocks chipping ceramic rotors while off road?
In my not so humble opinion, if you're not stinking rich, is to only consider the ceramics if you're interested in a bit better brake feel and are only streeting the vehicle and want the added benefit of minimal brake dust. In this application, the ceramics may last the life of your vehicle easily exceeding the lifespan of iron rotors. You will still have to change brake pads.
Personally I did this on my Mercedes switching to ceramics, but that car is not for racing. Will consider the iron rotors from RB, but not sure if the average $625 per corner is worth it. They seem to be a very reputable company. I would have bought the ceramic kit from them for my Benz but they no longer produce them for my car.
