Well, about a week ago I started noticing that the motors sounded louder than normal and when my wife was with me one time, I asked her if it sounded louder, and she said it did a bit. I determined it was the rear motor sounding louder/wrong. This was even going slow speeds it sounded like very loud. It has progressively gotten louder and then yesterday I noticed that when accelerating that I could feel a vibration in the pedal and vehicle. I put in a service ticket and could not get in until this Monday. Well, I was home most of today and went out to go to dinner and now my Cybertruck is totally dead. My charge cable is plugged in, and I cannot remove it. Nothing. I cannot get in.

So going to have it towed to service center. Not sure why it is dead. I looked and it charged to the 70% level I normally charge to but looks like it has no power.

Weird.

You continued to drive the vehicle *after* you noticed abnormal sound and vibration coming from the motor?

Mine didn’t have symptoms pre-death, being ā€œbrickedā€ā€¦. There have even several others…. That have been bricked/gone dead. I thought the last system update would fix the problem.

I am not sure what happened, but it was sounding bad leading up to it dying yesterday. The tow truck guy could not get any power into the system in order to put truck in neutral so he had to drag it out of the garage. I did find out there is a manual release to get the charge connector out of the truck. It is now at the service center. I will let everyone know what they find out.

Yes, I contacted support once I knew there was something wrong and they said to setup an appointment (Earliest I could get in was this Monday). They also said if it died then they would send a tow truck to get it. So, they did not ask me to bring it in.

I think you are missing the point of my question. If you owned an ICE vehicle, and heard and engine knock noise coming from the engine bay, would you continue driving it?

Leaking oil is a good sign, it means you still have some left

Mine will make some weird noises, some times a rubbing sound, air conditioning, wiper, it’s not an ICE car…. So you can’t make that comparison. Your comment is not helpful or educated. Trying to make you understand.
