Just FYI, on the M3 and MY forums, lots of weird issues were happening when USB hubs were used in the glovebox senty outlet. So many, and so varied, that I decided to segregate that to only the recording device directly. In my truck, it's only for the OEM usb stick.

isconnect the USB hub where I have my USB dongle for Sentry

The CT I got at the end of June has been at the service center for almost a week now because it won't sleep. I was loosing 8-10% in 24 hrs. I could hear an electric motor or pump running continuously. Listening near the front right wheel it was loudest but still pretty quiet. Service mode showed a 9 amp draw on the HV Battery coolant diagram and the graphic showed coolant flowing.

It seems my problem was that the Accessory Power switch kept going on even though I thought I turned it off. I scrolled down the outlets page again yesterday and found that it was on. I also turned on and off Camp mode per the suggestion by Teslas automated call center bot. My CT has slept several times even while plugged in and with the USB hub plugged in as well as the wireless charger plugged into that hub.

So if the “leave accessory power on” for the USB’s and charging pad is checked the car never sleeps?
I leave my frunk outlet on all the time and it seems to ignore that and sleep.
Interesting

It's in the Cybertruck Owner's Manual:

Power is available when the vehicle is in use or detects that a user is present. A user is considered present when a person is in the driver's seat, interacts with the touchscreen, or when in Camp, CyberTent Mode, or Keep Outlets On. Leaving an accessory plugged in does not deplete the low voltage battery.

If you want to continue powering or charging your devices without a user present in the vehicle, enable Keep Accessory Power On by touching Controls > Charging > Keep Accessory Power On (see Keep Outlets On for more information). This is only available while the Battery is over 20%.

Note
Enabling Keep Accessory Power On increases the amount of power used by the vehicle even if the vehicle is not powering or charging a device.

The SC is looking at a problem with the wire harness causing an Etherloop error. Communication errors between the VCFront and the pump can confuse the controller, leading it to activate the pump as a fail-safe.

Truck went back in to SC for another week and problems were fixed. Now it sleeps and shows "Asleep for xxx' in the phone app. It looses less than 1% per day rather than 10% per day sitting in the garage. Coolant pump no longer runs 24/7. Problem with most speakers quit working hours after MV reset fixed as well. From the service notes:
Internal issue with car computer. Replaced and tested. Truck is now sleeping and right side audio is not being affected... All other related alerts was from A2B circuit causing false alerts as it was a failed car computer.

So what did you enter as a problem on the service request? “Car not sleeping”?

I provided three days of time and battery percentage at about 12 hr intervals. I also stated that the coolant pump was running 24/7. I could hear the pump quietly running near the front right wheel.

I see it under Control but do not under Charging. I'd like for it to Sleep (accessory power OFF) during charging but cant find this option anywhere. It's not in the app either.
