The registered agent is just the person a company designates with the state of incorporation that accepts legal notices on behalf of the organization. They aren't an employee, they aren't customer service, and they don't speak for the company.

A letter sent to the registered agent WILL GET to a person who will handle this matter. It has to, unless the agent isn't doing his job at all.

As for who the registered agent is, it could be an outside service, it could be an employee, it could be an officer of the corporation. Does not matter.

Not to be a jerk but the order agreement made it very clear that the $1k was non refundable so when you decided to cancel your order you should have known that was going to happen.

Read where? The recall was for 3800 CTs, they are all FS and discussions about the FS limit is all over this forum (there isn't one).

Also how/why do you practice ordering? Guess TIL....

Yeah, definitely a weird one. One of my fears is accidentally cancelling my order so I’m scared to even open up “manage my order.” I was very careful when I did so to change to tactical gray! We’ve all heard of buyer’s remorse, this almost sounds like a case of “canceler’s remorse.”
