A letter sent to the registered agent WILL GET to a person who will handle this matter. It has to, unless the agent isn't doing his job at all.The registered agent is just the person a company designates with the state of incorporation that accepts legal notices on behalf of the organization. They aren't an employee, they aren't customer service, and they don't speak for the company.
As for who the registered agent is, it could be an outside service, it could be an employee, it could be an officer of the corporation. Does not matter.
