That doesn't make sense to me. A thermal camera is showing an image that reflects the temperature of the surfaces. Let's say the doors are at an ambient temperature of 72 degrees but the sun has heated the interior to 90 degrees. I am not going to be able to see an image of a hot seat through a cold door, the cold door image will obscure the warm seat.Have you ever pointed a thermal camera at a cybertruck? The thing is essentially transparent.
