It was from the movie "Money Pit". Tom Hanks bought an old "fixer upper" house. Whenever he asked a contractor how much longer until it's done they ALWAYS answered "2 weeks".

That particular picture is when he was filling the bathtub with water. Just before getting in, the tub broke through the floor. He and his wife just stood there laughing/crying hysterically over the hole in the floor.
